Usage is a sentence. Most teams only keep the nouns.

Model Nodecore teaches app analytics as usage pattern analysis for SaaS apps: the order of screens, the pause after invite, the feature that is opened and never named again.

From a 2025 intake

A billing workspace stopped calling every click “engagement”

Three analysts from a Bangkok invoicing product arrived with 186 events and a weekly chart that always went up. In Sequence Atlas they rebuilt twelve tenant journeys on paper first. The “power user” segment collapsed into two real paths: finance leads who close the month, and operators who only export CSVs.

They still argue about naming. That is healthy. What they no longer do is celebrate a spike in page views the week a tooltip was added.

How we read

Three habits that survive a rebrand

Order before volume

A feature used once after onboarding and never again is not “adoption.” We teach you to keep the sequence, not just the count, and to mark the step where tenants quietly leave the happy path.

Tenant grain, then user grain

B2B SaaS lies when you only look at seats. We separate workspace rhythm from individual clicking so expansion talk is about accounts, not a loud intern.

SEA seating, not imported funnels

Shared logins, Line-first invites, and prepaid cards change what “active” means. The studio sits in Khlong San because the products we study ship here first.

Flagship

Sequence Atlas

Eight live sessions on reading SaaS usage paths. You leave with a labelled journey library and a limitation we state up front: pattern work will not invent demand for a product nobody needed.

Shorter desks beside it

Feature Gravity Lab and Quiet-Week Reading share the same faculty. Start there if your taxonomy is already a mess and you cannot yet sit eight weeks.

Fees on this site are informational. We invoice after a seat is confirmed; there is no checkout here.

“The tenant-grain module made our expansion board honest. I still think they spend too long on paper maps before touching SQL, but the Quiet Week worksheet paid for the seat.”

Bring a messy export. Leave with named paths.

We do not sell software. If your Monday meeting still argues about “engagement,” sit Sequence Atlas or write to the desk on Charoennakorn.
